This site is dedicated toward helping individuals and communities prepare for
emergencies. You can download free Citizen Preparedness Publications and
disaster plans.
Crime Prevention Resources
This is a for-profit company that sells many crime prevention tools including
the Community Watch Manual. The manual is a comprehensive planning
guide for running a Neighborhood Watchprogram. It contains many reproducible
forms.
National Association of Town Watch
This is the organization that sponsors the annual National Night Out. You can
learn about NNO, register to participate, and purchase NNO materials from this sight
